Biography:

Loretta Sosa is a first generation undergraduate college student attending UCSB and studying General Biology with a minor in Spanish. She is passionate about providing healthcare access to low-income communities to ensure quality healthcare services for all. Loretta is also passionate about breaking down the educational barriers that many low-income, underrepresented communities face. In her free time, Loretta enjoys playing tennis, going to the beach, running, spending time with family and friends, and listening to music! Loretta is very excited to work as an OSC peer mentor for this upcoming school year and is looking forward to helping UCSB students!
